We got the chance to ask one of our first tenants, Homage, three quick questions.
What made you choose Fabriken as an office space?
We got a very good first impression that lives on today, two years later. A friendly smile when you walk through the door, large bright rooms with excellent and up-to-date technology, fast and professional service and a nicely designed environment that is inspiring to spend our days in.
Now that you are growing as a company, what made you stay at Fabriken and not switch to your very own office?
We have grown steadily since we moved into Fabriken, from 3 to 15 employees. If you want to be able to make such a journey with your senses intact, you need to focus on just the right things. We felt that it was a huge advantage to stay put and not have to think about things like alarms, cleaning, electricity bills and reception services. All that stuff just works here, and you can put your energy where it’s really needed. The premises are also very representative, which makes you really inclined to host meetings with external partners here.
Can you mention an advantage of being in this type of context?
We think it’s fun to sit together with other start-up companies. In addition to being able to learn something new or get inspiration, it’s fun to have a chat by the coffee machine with people outside your team. I really think that many people would appreciate working in this way – it’s much more personal than a regular coworking office space, with excellent spaces for your own internal events and a huge drive among everyone who resides here.
